Dashboard

Upon signing in, you will transition to the dashboard, your overview to the various features of the website. Here, you will discover essential components tailored to keep you informed and in control:

  • Terminal Alerts: Stay updated with crucial updates and changes through the Terminal Alerts section. It’s your direct line to important information that demands your attention.
  • Active Vessels: Gain visibility into vessels currently docked at our terminal. This list includes vessels from the latest data refresh. For a comprehensive overview of all vessels, both currently alongside and expected, navigate to the vessel overview page.
  • Labelled Containers: Personalize your container tracking experience by assigning labels to specific containers in the container information view. These labels give you quick access to containers of interest. Remember, these labels are private, ensuring that your labelling system remains exclusively accessible to you.

Container Information:

This section provides up-to-date container information, refreshed every 30 minutes. For the exact meaning of the data fields, please consult the section ‘Data elements’. The presentation of container information varies based on your organization’s role—hinterland operator or carrier:

Hinterland

Tailored for carriers, this view presents all containers associated with your carrier code. It includes import, export, transshipment, and empty containers. The filters on top of the page allow you to narrow down the results shown on this page. Key features include:

Container information such as the quay, container type, vessel and green lights. For import containers it includes the pick-up readiness of the container. For export containers, it includes the administrative load readiness.

Download: The download button equips you with a .csv file containing data based on your applied filters. Note that there’s a row limit to the number of rows. Looking for more than 10,000 rows? In the panel in the right corner on top of the page, a full container file is prepared every 30 minutes.

Add Labels: Enhance your container management strategy by attaching labels to containers of interest. These labels serve as your personalized markers and are exclusively visible to you.

Tailored to your operational needs, the hinterland view helps you to manage containers destined for pick-up or delivery at MPET efficiently. Here’s what you will find:

Import Containers: Input container numbers or BL numbers to locate import containers. The results offer a comprehensive overview of your container’s data, along with its readiness for pick-up.

Export Containers: Locate export containers using booking numbers. The table returns vital details related to your container’s booking.

Filters: Refine your search results using filters, streamlining your access to relevant container data.

Download: The download button equips you with a .csv file containing data based on your applied filters.

Add Labels: Elevate your container tracking by adding personal labels. These labelled containers will be visible on your dashboard, exclusively accessible to you.

Vessel Overview

For a holistic outlook on upcoming vessel arrivals within the next 30 days, head to the Vessel Overview. Our data, refreshed once to twice a day, provides a comprehensive list of ships anticipated at MPET. Filters offer a customized approach to narrowing down your results. Additionally, you can input multiple booking numbers to match vessels with bookings.
