We made some general improvements to make sure that booking your truck appointment is as easy as possible!
As from today all truck appointments must be booked via MPET Connect. The e-Portal is no longer available.
For each truck appointment a charge will be invoiced starting today via the Portomundi wallet of eacht truck company.

Today we go live with MPET Connect Truck! All truck operators visiting MPET must create a truck appointment before entering the terminal. Go to our support page to see how you must create an MPET Connect profile en create a TAR (truck appointment reference).
This updated contains below layout improvements
We’ve resolved an issue that was preventing the website from consistently updating data every 30 minutes. This problem occasionally caused outdated information to be displayed. With this update, data now refreshes reliably on schedule.

Two small changes were made in this release. We fixed a bug so the date filters on the BG/RL visit page now works correctly. Moreover, we changed two titels on our dashboard so it is now clear that the Truck Parking Occupance shows live data and Truck Visits is based on historical data of the past four weeks.
This update introduces two key changes.
Firstly, the Vessel Call page can now be accessed without logging in. You can view it directly via the following link:

Secondly, a new API is now available for carriers, providing detailed information about all their containers currently on our yard, including empty, export, import, and transshipment containers. The updated Swagger documentation can be found here:

We’re excited to announce that the Stacked Connect application is now live. This innovative tool seamlessly integrates with the MPET Terminal Operating System (TOS), leveraging information provided by transport operators through our Hinterland Notification API (HNA).
Stacked Connect ensures efficient data flow and enhanced operational precision, enabling better planning and execution across our terminal operations.

Operators can now manually announce the containers they plan to pick up or drop off, specifying their mode of transport directly via MPET Connect. This feature is particularly useful for operators who haven’t yet integrated the Hinterland Notification API into their own systems. By using this functionality, MPET will be able to optimize stacking strategies, making operations smoother for everyone.
We’ve also improved the logic behind some statusus, providing users with more accurate and timely information.
This release is focussed on improving visibility for barge and rail operators in the renamed Final Load page, now BG/RL Visit.

This release addresses a bug in the handling of automatic XML copino retries. When all lights in CPU are green MPET Connect automatically creates a copino delete and create sso the container is applied in our TOS without errors. In the previous version the delete and create copino’s where occasionally processed in the wrong order removing the container for the loading list. Due to a delay between sending both messages, this has now been fixed.
